Jahlal Foundation was established in London by a group of dedicated community leaders who recognised the gap in culturally sensitive support for British-Bengali and wider Muslim communities. Too many individuals were falling through the cracks of mainstream services — struggling in silence with addiction, mental health, and welfare challenges.
We also extend our reach to Chandair Para, Bangladesh — supporting the local Masjid, providing household grants, improving water infrastructure, and funding children's education. Every penny raised for Bangladesh goes directly to those in need.
To empower individuals and communities through compassionate, culturally relevant support — in the UK and Bangladesh — guided by Islamic values and a spirit of service.
A world where every person — regardless of their background, language, or faith — has access to the help and opportunities they need to live with dignity and purpose.
Compassion, transparency, cultural sensitivity, and community ownership drive everything we do. We listen first, serve always.
Unlike generic services, Jahlal Foundation was built from within the community — for the community. Our advisors speak your language, understand your culture, and respect your faith.
